My Dad recently had some time here as his health had deteriorated a lot in a short period of time. Had been in Ipswich Hospital prior to coming here. The staff at Felixstowe are amazing. Can’t thank them enough for looking after him with care and compassion. From all of our family a massive thank you. X
This is a first class second tier hospital. It performs minor procedures but has no Accident and Emergency. It is about two minutes from Hamilton Road, a perfect shopping street, but has private rooms instead of wards and bays. Smaller scale hospitals should all be like this, great for recuperating and with good food.
Thank you so much for seeing my son so quickly after he had injured himself. The staff were so kind and lovely. The nurse who treated my son was excellent and made my boy feel at ease and content. Thank you again.
I attended an appointment with the Audiology department at 11.30am today, 9th August. I went in on time , the audiologist sat me down and explained what was to be done. She examined both ears then showed me to a soundproof booth, put head Phones on my head, and asked if I was OK about closing the door.nFrom beginning to end she was very good at explaining everything.nI left wearing my new hearing aids.nIt was a good experience, largely due to the care and professionalism of the Audiologist. A+++
I was surprised to come on here and see below a review that I now want to write. I was treated by a member of staff appallingly and will be taking it further. Although other members of staff so lovely. But my experience if visiting my father in law here was distressing and painful. So much that I do not wish anyone else to have to encounter the rudeness and uncaring manner that I was treated to.
