Came for the first time today during one of the 2022 heat waves. The food was flavorful, colourful and well presented. The shakes were so good I debated getting two. I decided on the Oreo shake but if you are a chocolate lover, the chocolate one is richer and thicker. The portion sizes look modest but are surprisingly filling. If you like big portions and want brunch/breakfast food, I guess you could add on chips. However, I went in really hungry and came out full I like a big portion normally. If you like fresh juice, they make it right there with ingredients; water is readily available too. The ambiance inside was really nice and outside was full as well. The staff were friendly and the wait wasn't too long at all about 15-20 minutes. The pictures aren't the best as I had to snap them quickly and they don't really do justice but give you a rough idea at least. The pinky grey bowl is the Ranchero peachy bowl is the Full Mediterranean both from the breakfast/brunch menu and the dark bowl is the chicken and waffles from the brunch menu. The drink is the Oreo shake. I would recommend and will definitely be going back again.
Table for 6 on busy sat lunchtime.. they put one together for us! Excellent cafe menu, good choices. We shared a chicken bacon avocado club sandwich plenty and added portion of fries and sweet potato fries. Boys tucked into chicken burgers and delicious milkshakes. Love it. No wonder it's popular. Kid-friendliness: Excellent choices on kids menu. Activity sheet and colouring pencils to keep boys busy Parking: Take the first space you see on the high street and walk
Food is out of this world amazingly good. Excellent service very friendly staff. Had the Ranchero dish so tasty would definitely go again!Recommended dishesRanchero
Very popular always busy. Menu could do with a little update but nicely prepared. Service OK,but atmosphere spoilt a little. Would have been better if perhaps not allowing people to sit and use lap tops and working while people are waiting for a table. Two young ladies on the table next to us told us to be quiet as she was on a zoom call.
Breakfast/Brunch Have been here a few times on my own or with a friend for breakfast/brunch. Very nice place inside and out, clean and nice atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. Service is always good and swift. Coffee is nice and they have a very good menu. Food is of a good standard too and i've enjoyed everything i've tried from the menu. No complaints at all. I would give 5 stars but i only ever do that if the food is unbelievable and whilst it's lovely, it's not quite 5 star.
A pleasant and popular cafe/diner. Not too expensive for Ascot. Had a full English breakfast, smoothie & pot of tea for £25. Good place to chat with a busy vibe. There is a small car park at the front and a bit more parking round the back but on the street etc you're limited to about an hour parking.Food: 4/5
The only reason why this place is top rated is because it’s the only decent coffee around that area. We had to wait 30 minutes during which on numerous occasions did we have to remind the staff we’ve been waiting for someone to take our order. The food was actually decent, but definitely not worth the money. All the drinks we had were okay.
The money this place must be losing by closing at 4pm, not only for people who would love a delivery locally but for those who fancy an evening meal after a long day working or a few drinks. Please recruit some evening staff and I'm sure you are not in the position to be losing potential sales in a recession. Also the website is very basic in terms of food availability for daytime delivery and does not match what is really available in branch.
Great atmosphere and lovely food at an affordable price, would highly recommend for breakfast or dinner! We were staying overnight in Ascot for the horse racing and after failing to get into where we planned on going decided to try out Fego. We were really glad we did, both me and my friend were very impressed with the quality of both the service and the food, even while we they were busy. I had a latte and the loaded pancakes, which was two pancakes, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs and has browns with maple syrup, and I was very impressed with both. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning on being in Ascot earlier on in the day.
Great food! Have visited this place several times and never disappointed. Always busy, great Brunch options.. If you like spicy, the rancheros pictured in the frying pan is a must!
