Best salad ever! Lovely restaurant decorated in lively colors - good service and menu that’s very friendly to non meat eaters. My friend and I both ordered a salad that was loaded with interest and flavor - figs, pesto, goat cheese etc. It was amazing! Who knew salad could be so scrumptious? The side of fries were a tasty compliment.
Came here after reading positive reviews about the food but and with an open mind about the service which was often mentioned as "slow". It was busy but not at capacity when we visited at lunchtime. We were seated and served quickly. I had a delicious chicken schnitzel caesar salad, the only negative being that I'd asked for it without olives and it came with them so I had to fish them out. The waitress noticed me doing this and had the good grace to apologise. My friend had an open toasted sandwich which she found delicious but just needed a sharper knife to cut which was quickly provided when asked for. This was a reflection on the first knife not the food! We ordered a piece of banana cake for dessert, it looked like a small piece of banana loaf when it arrived but the taste and richness was perfect. Looking forward to eating here again
Went for breakfast. Lovely welcoming staff and warm cosy atmosphere. Delicious baked goods and good selection of items in the menu. Definitely recommend Parking on the street is only one hour so can park in Waitrose for longer if you buy something from the shop, it's very close to Fego Vegetarian options: Have vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Have vegan and vegetarian options
If you are close to this location, don't miss to eat in here...you can't miss this place. It's absolutlly FANTASTIC: the stuff which is working in there, the food, the design of the restaurant, the atmosphere, the kitchen...almost everything. Unfourtantly the waiting time to be seating at the table no need booking and I don't think so they are doing that and for the food it was a bit longer, but I visited in a busy time to be honest like 1 o'clock in the afternoon...but overall was so nice. And the food was so delicious, so fresh, so tasty. I didn't make any pics with what I ate it, as I felt very hungry and so impressed by the location, but I still done some.
Visited today and the team give such a good customer experience on welcoming you in, even though it was super busy, they found my Wife, my two girls and I a lovely table quickly. The service was on point, the coffee phenomenal and the food was absolutely delicious - recommend the Ranchero ! This place was actually a surprisingly nice place to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The main reason I've not been able to give it the full 5 stars is because they didn't have quite a few of the things food and drinks on the menu available which was a bit annoying but also, the food was quite expensive for what it was - some nice eggs. Nonetheless, the food was actually very good and despite the price, did thoroughly enjoy it, will likely go back again at some point in the future!
Been here for a couple of times now for brunch when I visit Banstead! Staff are welcoming upon arrival. There's indoor and outdoor seating available. They offer a good selection of drinks. The service was good... didn't have a long wait for the food or drinks. Would come back again!
It was good experience. Ambiance and interior 10 on 10 or should I say very Instagramable The menu was very regular as you would get in any cafe with a tiny twist here and there. We had ordered- Orange juice and Tropical smoothie which were usual, nothing special Spicy scrambled eggs on toast Good portion and flavours Cheese Burger The burger patty was dry and nearly no seasoning However, the Chips that came the burger was really good so Carrot cake It had good balance of spices and flavours but it was on the dry side. The one worth to go at Banstead, very impressed for the coffee and food. Especially the French toast, which is fantastic. Would definitely to go next time.ast
