Terrible company and staff full of lies. I received the tracking details of an item I was expecting with notice of delivering that day, I was home all day and no one turned up. When I tracked the item, they updated that they came but didn’t meet anyone. Same thing they did the next day. I called their customer support and the attendant melody tried locating the parcel, she was very helpful but her colleagues at Ramsbottom depot frustrated both of us with false information. I went to the depot and they couldn’t locate my item citing the possibility that a driver took it out for delivery. I asked they should drop off at one of their drop off point in Bolton which I got a call from the folks at the depot and melody confirming the item was dropped off there. No barcode was sent to me which confirms my eligibility to pick up this item. I asked the shell staff at grafton, Chorley old road, Bolton to verify if any parcel was dropped off for me, they check and found nothing. As at the time of writing this, I don’t have my parcel and FedEx can’t point me to where I will find it.
I wouldn't even give one star, fed ex said they would redeliver and instead sent it back to sender so had to get money back or pay for post again,and you can only talk to a robot ,no use at all,don't use them more trouble than worth.
Easy to drop off a parcel for pick up but would prefer a pick up at home or more local.

This is the third whole day I have had to stay in for fed ex to collect a return package And they have Failed to collect it yet again. Not impressed
