My shipment stuck in this wormhole close to 1 week now, impossible to contact by any means. Even Fedex head office cannot reach them.
Fedex said delivered to residence but not as I saw him leave with it on ring doorbell after some investigation I found it with a neighbour all I would say is can the delivery driver please say with neighbour in future and which one it would be helpful thanks
Where shall i begin. I ordered a item which ended up being shipped by fedex! On friday or sunday the 28th of june My item was delivered but not to my house! A person called D.Gece signed for it! I have emailed fedex to let them know my item wasnt delivered to me, Yesterday i had a call from fedex to let me know that fedex are investigating the item and will be in touch by Wednesday about my missing item But yesterday!! I had a delivery driver indian bloke Turn up at my house to say my boss wants to speak with you, he was on the phone I spoke to him and said my item not here and a person called d.gece signed for it and my name is -----, my item not here..he said the delivery driver who at your door will issue your refund now and be on his way, i said okay that is fine. Then him and his boss started talking in their language and then the delivery driver looked up and started to kick off at me, calling me a liar and you are the one who took the parcel from me, he was angry and aggressive towards me, like he wanted to hit me. I told him you did not delivered to me, i wasnt even in that day you delivered the parcel to wherever you did!! Then his boss said, okay we will issue you a new parcel and then the delivery driver got into his van and drove off. I DO NOT APPRECIATE someone turning upto my HOUSE kicking off for no reason at all!!! Its unprofessional and disgusting behaviour!!! Im shaking and so angry someone come to my to kick off!!!! If anyone does that again, i wont be holding back!! And the police will be informed!!nBut guess what another person turned up to my house today, i told him straight away, do not kick off cus i wont stand for it. This is harassment turning up to my house all the time..u should either email me or call me. Then i explain whats gone on..then spoke to his boss on the phone to ask me one question and then he left.nnThis is a joke! Turning up to my house twice because you delivered my parcel to the wrong place, and then to be called a liar on my own doorstep.nDo not turn up again or i will call the police!
Couldn't find our house, they say it was re-sent back out. Which is a lie as nobody phoned me or my partner. So I've had to collect our parcel myself! As FedEx hasn't tried to deliver to the right house even once! So they couldn't find our house, then called me for contact phone numbers then decided to not bother to re-deliver & lie to me to say that they had!!! Shocking non-existant Service! AVOID!
3 times they tried to deliver my parcel, I had no phone call and no door tag. They lied obviously as they didn't even tried to deliver. Awful, unprofessionals. At the end we had to go and collected.
