If I could give minus stars I would. FedEx must be one of the worst carriers in the UK They even tell lies about attempted deliveries. I was expecting another delivery from them as a Next Day. When tracked it said “Recipient or business closed will try again tomorrow.” No card has been left so they have not come. This was not true as someone is here all the time. This has happened before and seems a stock excuse for not delivering on time. There are better cheaper and more reliable carriers out there.
Not recommend , buunch of unreliable and lying people. The parcel still didn’t came after several rebook . Just unbelievable !!
Your delivery partners are super rude, unprofessional and don't value customers. Not even educated on basic delivery protocols.
Very un happy customer I waited in all day with no delivery even made.
Twice. Driver leaves a card as we aren’t in. Both card tracking info are not traceable. Find out the driver is putting TNT data onto a fed Ex card. Useless. Can’t get the basics right it seems.
Helpful in correcting the wrong address not being updated by TNT, despite emailing me that that they had. TNT has a major glitch in their system if you try to update the address for BRP collction
Been waiting for a parcel for ten days I’ve rung and tracked I’ve rung and asked them to put through the letter/parcel box I’ve checked CCTV on days when they said they attempted but not even a van parked anywhere I can sadly say FEDEX you’ve made it to the bottom of the leader board I’ve asked the retailer to refund me my product
Bloody service all papers work lost the packaging return back to me but not the money I paid for the service what the hell service they took off their hands from responsibility parcel compare is the website no respond at all
If you've missed your collection or just dropping off a reception your parcel/s. At the front entry gate put your hazard lights on and keep them on for the whole time you are in the depot. Go to reception with your parcel/s. Ring the bell but expect to wait a little while. They won't sign your document due to Covid. Otherwise pretty good. These guys do a job, and a good one at that.
