poor service, I received a message that the parcel would be delivered between 8.40 a.m. and 12.40 p.m., they were late on the first day and there was no delivery at all, on the second day I was told that they found no one at home and they posted information on the front door where I can pick up the parcel, which is also a lie

Just had my second FedEx delivery,again perfect.The driver was polite, courteous and helpful.He put the large parcel in my hallway for easy access.Both deliveries have been stress free.Thank you FedEx and the driver, sorry I don't know his name.
Had an email yesterday telling me that my delivery would be between 08:40 and 12:40hrs this worked well because I was able to take the morning off. At 12:40hrs the delivery window then changed to before 18:00hrs. What’s the point of telling people a time if they don’t bother sticking to it?. A 4hrs window is large enough.
Shockingly low level of service!!!nnZero stars rating!nI did receivenNotifications for this item to be delivered for three days straight. As followsnWednesday by 8pm then Thursday between 0830 - 1230, then by 8pm again then Friday between 0820 - 1230 then by the end of the day 8pm again!....then they returned 38 pounds of weight item to the shipper and rudely lied that I wasn't available for delivery.nI spent 3 extra hours in office on each these days to wait for the delivery.nYour delivery man /driver never turned up or even give me a call.nFour members of staff + 24h security guard work in this office.nnThe item had been re shipped by seller again. Don't screw it up this time cause you'll ruin my holiday starts this Friday evening and I'll make sure you'll pay for it.nDon't not hesitate to contact me on mobile number provided if you for some reason can't find the address.nnAbsolutely disappointed customer.
