Absolutely useless! They received my package on the 5th 20 days ago and it still hasn't moved. I tried to call them, but of course you can't speak to an actual person and the AI chat bot couldn't give me any answers either
Best driver toilets of all the hubs I've visited on any parcel/pallet network! Clean and well maintained!
This is NOT a place where you can drop off parcels. The correct one is Crayford kennet road. That said, the staff were polite and the facility looked clean and well kept.
My parcel worth thousands was sent on the 6/12/23 and on the 7/12/23 I received a customs bill for hundreds , which I paid and sent the evidence within minutes from receiving the bill . I resent it the following day also. No movement on the parcel so myself and the company who sent it had to make numerous contacts and in the 18/12/23 the tracking stated it had cleared customs . Then nothing so we charged again and numerous times they thought it was lost , then found it in a bonded warehouse and stated it had custom codes on which stopped it being sent , which were now lifted and to loom at tracking . Guess what , still no update, still no parcel and I am out thousands of pounds . I was never contacted to say any issues with parcel etc and quite frankly have never experienced such poor service especially when I’ve spent thousands . Truly shocking and I have been told to contact them again but honestly at this point nothing they say means anything and I still do not know if they do have it or have lost it as their words mean nothing . I think we should all communicate and discuss with watchdog and the sort so that everyone stops using this company .
Friend paid hundreds for international priority shipment. Got a text at 2.30pm on the day it was supposed to be delivered saying it was out for delivery and due to arrive between 9.30am and 11.30am. “Imminently delivery” 5 hours after the fact isn’t helpful….. And I was up and working from home that morning and no one had attempted delivery.nnDidn’t come Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday the next week.nnDidn’t come yesterday. Waiting today, but apparently nothing has left the Depot so probably not.nnThe tracking and options available are useless. No option to leave somewhere or in a secure locker. You just have to wait weeks!?!, months? until someone turns up one day with it I guess.
