Feaverbuild was employed via a property manager to carry out major external works on the building in which I live. They did the works at the end of summer. By the start of autumn the paint was starting to peel, cracks were re-appearing and the building looked worse than before Feaverbuild worked on it. Since then all manner of failings regarding this job have come to light - surfaces not having been treated properly before painting, interior filler having been used on exterior walls, just to mention two. Complaints were lodged with Feaverbuild themselves as well as their professional trades association. After repeated requests, Feaverbuild came back and carried out a half hearted attempt at making good. However, all said and done, they did more damage than good. Myself and my fellow residents are several thousand pounds each out of pocket and are having to pay out again to have the job done professionally. I cannot recommend Feaverbuild for major building projects. They lack the competency.

I had Sam install a new bathroom suite for my mother in Faversham, less than 18 months later I had a fault. As Sam had done the installation I felt I should ask him politely to take a look. I contacted him by phone, no answer so left a message. Tried several times, no answer. No reply from him. I spoke to some of his employee's to ask him again politely, still no contact. I sent a recorded delivery message to his address and yet again nothing from him. I have resolved the problem with someone else but his attitude is unprofessional and plain ignorant. I got him a job with my daughter, he failed to turn up on the start date but never phoned to cancel and he did this several times. My daughter had someone else do the job (contact me and I give you details of an EXCELLANT company). Again total ignorance. Neither job was a small £10 job but £1000's, what an attitude. DONOT use this man, avoid like Ebola.
