I've started to train regular at the sports complex and find it has a good range of equipment. Changing rooms are clean as are the toilets (just fix the little water leak). 

It's a fantastic venue for wheelchair sports basketball and rugby. The large sports hall is kept clean and I believe the rates are reasonable.

The pool is very clean and well kept. The gym equipment is up to date and well looked after. The classes offered are varied and cover experienced users as well as beginners.
