First time using this post office was greeted with a warm smile. Lady in there is extremely friendly and very polite as well as very knowledgeable this will be my go to post office from now on.Many thanks for your help today with my car tax.
Just been here to sort vehicle road tax exemption, the lady in there was fantastic,super helpful and never stopped smiling, it's not my local post office but I'll be using it in future, first class pardon the pun
A great service. I'd previously avoid it when the last owners ran it, but I regularly use the post office now, and the lady who serves me is always helpful and provides advice on posting items. She helped me re-package a parcel that needed to be in one parcel on a busy day in the lead up to Xmas. I wouldn't go elsewhere now.
Love using my local post office. Very friendly and professional staff who are always happy to help. I also love the fact I can take and collect my evri parcels. They also have a very well stocked shop selling a wide variety of groceries, toiletries and household goods.
Visited branch to purchase a gift card and do some posting. The Postmaster took time to make suggestions to me about which kind of card would be appropriate. The service was personal, professional and delightful. Excellent service in the Featherstone Post Office.
