If you don't mind going hungry...then order from Feastham! Order 2 hours late, either no answer on phone or when they answered they pretend not to understand what we say...not sure if they will refund our £30 refund. Our kids are starving...cheers for nothing. Don't bother people!
Ordered via Uber eats. Somewhat late with delivery after two chase up phone calls however, they provided an excellent large donner and large fries, and I am pretty sure it was the boss who delivered and said sorry. Happy to recommend
Honestly don't know why this place only has 3.5 stars! Couldn't recommend more! Was a bit skeptical at first about ordering from here but, oh boy, am I glad that I did! My friend wanted a burger and since our usual place wasn't taking orders, we decided to try Feastham even though we were a bit hesitant to try burgers from a pizzeria. I picked the safe option of a mixed kebab and my friend bought the triple cheeseburger. We also got some fries, onion rings, and a couple of oreo milkshakes. Now, not being the most observant of people, I accidentally clicked the 'collect' option instead of 'delivery' and only realised my mistake when my phone dinged and told me that my order was ready to collect. So, at 10:30 pm, I called the restaurant and asked if they could possibly deliver instead and if that wasn't possible, then I would be happy to collect. I was greeted by the most enthusiastic man I have ever heard and honestly, you could hear the smile in his voice! Whoever greeted me, you actually made my night - we need more wonderful people like you in the world. Anyway, I was told that it 'absolutely won't be a problem!' and I handed my address over. There was a bit of a pause and I could hear staff members murmuring to each other in the background but Mr. Happy came back to me with a 'Don't worry, we'll be there soon!' A few minutes later, a lovely driver appears at my front door with our food and hands everything over and then very sheepishly tells me that 'the boss just wants to let you know that we don't deliver over 3 miles'. I am, of course, mortified that I have dragged this poor man out into the dead of night in the icy cold and apologise profusely before saying that 'the delivery option was actually given on JustEat, but I pressed the wrong button'. I have checked this morning and surprise, surprise, I was very much wrong and it does clearly say that I am too far away for delivery... Sorry, Mr. Delivery Man. Like I said, I have the eyes of a bat. Back to the food. By some absolutely stellar magic on Mr. Deliver Man's part, the milkshakes did not spill even a single drop in the bag - and I then took them out of the bag and promptly slopped them all over my kitchen... But! I opened my friend's burger and suddenly realised what Heaven must smell like and quickly wondered if our friendship would survive me stealing her food. Probably not. I opened my kebab next and was overjoyed to find that the box wasn't dripping with grease! I could actually pick the pita bread up and NOT have my fingers immediately tear through it as oil slithers down my sleeves. Also, you know how when you get a kebab and the salad is all limp and soggy and the tomatoes look like a home to about 7 different bacterial colonies? Yeah, well my salad didn't look like that at all. It looked as though it had been picked fresh that day and tasted that way too! My friend and I would also like to commend you on your milkshakes. Seriously, do you guys have a cow in the back that you milk whenever you get a shake order? Those shakes are amazing and my friend was EXTREMELY happy when she found an entire cookie at the bottom of hers. We also had a lovely surprise when we opened our multitude of bags - we had been gifted a free little box of cheesy garlic bread, which again, no grease and actually kept its shape when you picked it up. TLDR: Speed: 10/10, Food: 11/10, Service: 93/10. You guys are amazing - thanks for giving us a lovely night in. We will most definitely be using you again and we will collect next time!
We ordered last week. The promotion we ordered under was 20 percent off. It never came off our bill so we rang up and spoke to them. We were told the boss was not in but would get in touch. This never happened so we will not be eating there anymore. In this day and age of social media you think people would look after customers better. I've got 3k plus friends in the local area on social media. So I will be venting my frustration about this business. I'll never use again.
Poor quality of food. Arrive an hour late. Couldn't tell the difference between the large chicken kebab or the small. Chips were cold and greasy. Garlic bread was like cardboard Very very disappointed! £20 for 3 rubbish meals. Only tried due to just eat recommendation, very poor compared to our local shop. Lesson learnt!
Always on time. Always great food the kebab wraps are the best on the wirral and we can never fault them. Cheesy chips, kids meals, friendly staff on the phone and also on just eat x
Doner Calzone lovely Food: 5/5
Great food great prices great service Can’t ask for much more really thanks
Omg.. Just had the best burger ever.. .. definitely worth getting again... The staff are amazing nothing is to much x
Purporting to be "a chippy" they insist on selling "fries". The attitude of the staff was such that I didn't actually buy anything, so can't comment on the food quality. If you're looking for a traditional chippy, you'll not find it here but for pizzas, burgers, noodles etc. it may be worth giving them a look.
