Having visited this pharmacy with an issue with a prescription these 2 guys “Karolina & Jvnaid” truly went above and beyond and exceeded any expectation, they personally spoke with a duty doctors and resolved a difficult situation. To put patient care at the forefront to where a big pharmacy chain just sent us away. Thank you guys for going above and beyond, you guys are truly amazing.
The lady at the reception was extremely kind and suggested solutions to my problem. She went over and beyond to help solve my issue. Super service

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now without any issues for my prescriptions. For the past year or so I have had constant issues and always have to go in 2 or 3 times to get the correct medication. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure so them not giving me the full medication means I sometimes have to go a few days without. There is one member of staff there who is extremely rude and should not work in retail. I need the correct medication regularly without any agrovation from the staff. I will make sure I go elsewhere from now on and if you choose to go here for your medication be warned!!!
Had a prescription but couldn't find a pharmacy to get the tablets from. Sam ordered them and they were ready for picking up the following day. Excellent. Not my normal pharmacy, but highly impressed with the helpfulness of this young lady. Thank you.
Got to be the worst pharmacy in Tamworth. Ordered prescription before Christmas and been in 3 times to collect. First time I was told it hadn't been ordered. Other times, told its not back yet. Great when you rely on your medication. Time to swap to a better pharmacy I think.
Terrible experience for travel vaccinations. I had booked a hep a injection for my daughter that could not be administered due to her age 9yo. This is despite the online booking system taking a date of birth. The pharmacy is unable to refund the £70 advising I send an email instead. I have sent multiple and yet to receive a reply. Reading other reviews similar has been experienced.
I booked online and paid for in advance to get 3 rabies jabs over the space of 3 weeks, after confirming with the pharmacy that they had the vaccination in stock. After driving for one hour to reach the clinic for my first appointment I was told that there was no one available to administer the vaccine. An appointment was then re booked for the following Thursday at 6pm. On the morning of this day I called to confirm my appointment time. I was told there was no record of my booking but the lady on the phone said it was fine to ‘turn up’ at 6pm as the clinic closed at 6:30pm. I then drove another hour only to be told that the nurse had gone home already At this point I called to request a refund due to the absolutely abysmal service and a lot of wasted petrol money. Apparently the pharmacy can’t deal with that so I have now had to send an email to try and get a refund… I am currently still waiting on my refund. Do NOT go to this clinic for travel vaccinations as they will just waste your time and money.
Always a friendly smile and welcome. Faster than boots who I have recently moved from. Definitely glad I changed to this practice in Fazeley.
