Sunday night Fish and Chips run. First time using Fay Von. No queue, cooked fish fresh. Only issue no card. Had to sign up online and order through their site, while standing in the chippy!

The order was more than an hour later than it said it would be delivered. They forgot the egg fried rice. I called to inform them but they said the driver had many orders to deliver and this is why they were late and why it was wrong. I work in customer service, I get how stressful it can be but if a mistake is made it must be rectified as soon as possible, this wasn't the case. I wouldn't order from there again honestly, the food wasn't worth it.
Consistently good food. My favourite Chinese takeaway. Not open Mondays. Update May 2023 - Still my favourite Chinese takeaway! Open until 11pm every night. Can now order online through Food Hub. Car park next to takeaway. Generous portions.
