I ordered chicken from the store for the first time for me and my family, and we have been vomiting and feeling sick since that same night.we have reported it to the local health department. The chicken was tasteless, soggy, and oily. I do not recommend this chicken shop to anyone. Avoid if possible.
Its good food but they’ll often trick you by “forgetting” fries, right amount of chicken and even drinks. You have to check your food on the spot otherwise they’ll call you a liar. People pay for the whole meal not for half of it‍ do better. Ive seen multiple people walk back inside and demand for their missing thing's just to be told they already “ate” them in a spam of 30 seconds apparently. They also play dumb saying if youre sure if thats what you really ordered as if you havent spoken to the same person just then.
We order from here almost every week, I love their bbq wings and piece chicken and my wife loves their Fillet of fire burger. They are friendly people in the store also. They made a mistake on one order once and made up for it on the next.
£31 for cold delivered on a bike! chicken, chicken burgers, chips and ribs - dreadful, I received it 35 minutes after the email notification- I live 15 minutes up the road by car, at the most, so it should of been quicker by motorcyclenWhat a waste of food
Ordered online without looking at reviews which has now made me feel sick and slightly worried about my night ahead.nShop wasn't aware that I had ordered and hastily put together the wrong item for me with sauce that I specifically asked not to be put in there as I am allergic to the ingredients.nAll in all a terrible experience.
