Fantastic place! I've been ordering from FM for a few years, usually the fried tofu and rice and FM never disappoints. Today I happened to be around so I got my meal and left my mobile there. After looking absolutely everywhere, I called them and was delighted to be informed that I left the phone at the table but they've got it and kept my phone safe. With so many dishonest people about, it's encouraging to know that the team at Fatti Mama really value their customers and haven't sold their soul. Thank you so much for being in Hampton. Looking forward to seeing you next week and hopefully no more incidents.
After our 1 and only Chinese changed hands and hasn't been the same Hampton Hill.. Weve been to Fatti Mama a few times, each time trying something different. And it's definitely one I would recommend, great food at a great price, minimum wait in food is around 20 minutes and the staff are polite.
Would not even give a star! No taste whats so ever! What a waste of money! We got 1/4 of a duck which was SO DRY! Our shredded chilli chicken was very dry with no sauce or flavour. Beef in black bean sauce was tasteless! Just HORRENDOUS! Ate it for the sake of eating as we were hungry! Even the children refused the chow mein and had just a tiny bit of the cheap tasting egg fried rice. NEVER AGAIN...
What a shambles. The person who answered phone didn't ask for payment details. I assumed they would have a card machine on arrival. I had to stand on doorstep with driver trying to pay. Person on the phone was rude and hung up and left the poor driver standing at my door unsure what to do. He was very nice and very apologetic. Someone else finally answered and took my card details. Apology to me was refused. My food is cold and bland and i recommend everyone to avoid this place. Disgusting.
This chinese has either changed hands or has a new chef. Sweet & sour Chicken balls are in a nice crispy batter and not dripping in fat like they use to be. Nice size portions of rice. Food in general is much better
Dire - Noodles were greasy as hell and the Chilli Beef was like dog meat in an MSG and chilli sauce, no complex flavouring either, in-your-face raw chill. I've been using this take-away under different management for the best part of 30 years but I won't be rushing back after this experience.
This is a fantastic Chinese takeaway, the food is really tasty and the menu has a wide selection. The delivery is prompt and both the delivery person and the person taking the order over the phone is friendly and courteous.
Pretty standard Chinese takeaway food. Never had a bad experience with them, but don't expect anything fancy.
Worse Chinese meal I've every had. Egg fried rice was more like boiled rice, with one or two tiny shreds of egg. Awful!
Horrible food, no effort put into it I had to freestyle it and make it more saucy to make it worth the money I spent here as everything came dry, I would of rather bought a microwave meal
