Fantastic customer service, received wrong item but they quickly made us a fresh one and brought it straight round. Lovely food too, will be ordering again.

The food itself was quite good and tasty. 5* for that. However mistake they made when I ordered the food for the delivery was horrendous. I ordered burgers with the delivery to work and gave them my phone number to ring me when it's ready. After 1 hour of waiting I rung them and ask them how long will it be. And they said... that they've been there few times ringing the phone and telling one of the lady that there is food waiting for her and she knew nothing about it. And they told me it was my fault that I gave them somebody else's phone number! Whose phone number I could give them if not mine?! A person who I never seen in my life? And the guy on the phone was arguing: "the computer can't be wrong! You gave us this number!". Obviuosly easy to blame somebody for a mistake when you (Fat Boy staff) linked that work address to that lady phone number and rung her instead of ringing number I gave you! For that is definitely 0*. Get your things sorted first and don't link phone numbers to huge work places.

I didn’t see the delivery of a tasty burger as promised, food was of no quality and tasted like any other takeaway burger. Not worth the price either, average at best.

Absolute joke. I ordered a spicy Aberdeen Angus burger from the gormet section. It was just a regular bog standard patte Just brushed with cheap chillie sauce and thrown back on the heat for a minute the only thing gourmet about it was the bun. The cheese slice was the cheap kind like no frills or smart price pretty ridiculous when the burger alone cost £5. I also ordered some chicken tenders and jamacan jerk bbq sauce and it was most definitely cheap bbq mixed with the cheap chillie sauce you get on your kebab. Would not recommend as its far to over priced they think added fancy names to regular bog standard takeaway makes it ok to bump up the price
