Modern underground station.nnThe station is really very nice. It’s a big station so need to walk more but very nicely designed.nnThe doors of platform are closed and it opens when train arrives.nnElizabeth lines are very new and modern.
Another typical, practical Elizabeth line station. Clean, tidy, spacious.nnParticularly good for lifts. Very usable station.
I came across an incredible violinist performing at Farringdon Elizabeth Line station today, and he absolutely made my day! As the trains arrived and passengers filled the platform, he played fast, magical, movie-like pieces that filled the station with energy and wonder.nnHis music was grand, uplifting, and beautifully timed with the flow of commuters — it felt like walking into a movie scene. The sound echoed through the station, turning an ordinary commute into something truly special.nnThank you to this amazing musician for spreading joy through your talent. Your performance brought warmth, magic, and positivity to everyone passing by today!
The service is really good however, I made a wrong turn direction wise and that was not entirely my fault, but it was my fault. I ended up getting my food. It was really nice, but the line was amazing.
I find the Elizabeth Line to be speedy and reliable. Modern station, train carriages AND air-conditioning make this a better way than multiple tube train connections if moving luggage.nnUnhindered by bags, or anything really, I prefer the tube with its rattles and bangs, buskers and route options.
