A big thank you to the Fulwood Office team for their professional service in selling our parent's property. From my initial visit to the office, Carrie's expert valuation and advice, the accompanied viewings and Natalie and Lucy negotiating the sale, through to completion, they were always friendly, knowledgeable and responded promptly. We would highly recommend FH Fulwood and for making a sometimes difficult process easier!

I applied for a new rental property and the process was really easy. Everything is easily completed online and really simple to navigate. This is my first time renting through an estate agents and I was concerned about the time the process was going to be but I needn't have worried. The staff all responded really quickly to my emails and any questions were answered just as fast. Thank you for making a very stressed out and worried person feel at ease! Brilliant service by all members of staff at the Fulwood branch and all stars are fully deserved!

Chris and his team go above and beyond to help. I have spent the last 12 months trying to purchase a property but with the fast moving market last year I was outbid several times. I had been shown around several properties with David the viewer from Farrel Heyworth Fulwood and he was always extremely helpful. Finally completed on a property yesterday and collected the keys. During the long drawn out sale due to probate, I was assisted by Chris and his team updating me and passing information between the sellers and myself. I would not hesitate to use this branch again, very helpful and professional.

When our existing tenants gave notice to leave, the team at Farrell Heyworth moved very quickly to get the property marketed. New tenants were found quickly with the minimum of fuss. Natalie and the team have been so lovely and helpful with all my questions as a first time buyer, they were always at the end of the phone whenever I needed them and they're so quick at replying to emails, their customer service is great. Do not sign up with this agency!!!! Response for any issues you have inside house will be in years . I have been in a house through them for almost 3 years . In my first year my boiler broke it took them to come and fix it 6 months . Later same year , my electric shower broke , it took them weeks to come and fix it . If you email the agency and ask for help they will not do anything they will ask you to fill in a form on their maintenance website and go from there and wait weeks . NOW my meter broke I have no heat inside house , landlord doesn’t fo anything to fix it , it has been days since I am staying in cold I have emailed the agency telling them everything and I have been ignored and I am still ! I have complained about my issues with neighbours fighting all the time not being able to sleep , police is always on that street because of how bad they are !! It ‘rains’ inside house because of landlord not doing anything !! I have called the agency and raised this issue and they have said they will send a plumber to sort this out and nobody turned up ! By leaving this here I hope to get the attention of this agency and I will take this matter further !!

Look for somewhere else to sell your home. Other local estate agents are available and nation wide ones too.  I have subsequently taken my house off the market due to the service we received from Farrell Heyworth. Prior to putting my house on the market we was given several assurances one which included viewers will be vetted to ensure they have the required funds or Mortgage in Principle. However, 4 of the 6 viewings we received within the first month did not have access to the required funds as they specified this to us and stated they'll either need to save up or approach family members or their bank. This was exceptionally frustrating as you do as seller want to make your house as appealing as possible and so much time has been wasted on viewers wanting a nosey without the adequate funds.  The advertisement on Rightmove is incorrect the Street and Map View is not on our street which gives potential buyers inaccurate information.  In the future I will use Strike or another company. Do not fall for the  we know the area ploy, so does everyone else and their fees are alot less. we still have to pay a marketing fee which is £199+ VAT but, I did know this from the start.  *EDIT to Reply to your Reply*  The potential buyers did not have enough funds. The specifically told me this. You may check that they have X amount of funds to buy a house, but letting the view houses outside their means is a waste of time for the seller.
