Very worst response. Initially agreed for filing the tax returns for an amount and after taking all the confidential documents, he asks for more money. You need to contact many times to get response and sometime no response at all.
No service received at all. Paid upfront for one hour. After 30 minutes we agreed to have another appointment as he could not help me and needed extra documents. I have sent confidential documents per email since and communication has been a disaster. I am chasing for an appropriate answer and service since. My emails get ignored and when I called once I was told they would get back to me in a few days. That never happened.
Blown away by the knowledge, experience and insight the team at Farrell Accounting have and are so generous with. We’ve used a couple of larger firms previously, but would absolutely recommend going for a smaller more personal team, as they obviously care a lot more, and in our experience, are much better equipped with the knowledge and skills needed. Would absolutely recommend Farrell Accountants, it’s essential to have an accountant you can depend on and trust.
