Angela the district nurse here is a testament to the place! We well as the receptionist team so nice and helpful. No waiting times either. Very personable.
If you need referrals or support filling documents they won't assist no matter what. Let alone the attitude some of doctors especially Z. Murad and the practice manager is too arrogant to address any complaint.
I just wanted to thank Sangitha for her excellent help! She was so kind and patient in assisting me with my appointment, and her support made everything easier. I really appreciate her care and professionalism
Waiting on my prescription and still not done. Seems like they only care about one thing and that's worrying about themselves. This place is an absolute joke. Arrogance by all members of staff.
Not sure for all surgeries at the place but Dr Barua's surgery no longer has the walk-in facility....There was a time where you could walk-in in the mornings and the afternoons were appointment based....all that has gone which is a backward step!nnLast time visited,didn't even know it had all gone to appointment based, and yes the doctor managed to squeeze me in after awaiting several hours, which appreciative of and the Doctor can't do enough for the patients if you get to see him, but many times you don'tnnRing up Thursday for an appointment..can't get to see the doctor till Tuesday at 5pm!!
