Farnham is saddled with this fairly new, dysfunctionally designed building, Patients should expect long waits in claustrophobic waiting rooms, when they eventually find them,. Pity the staff that have to work in the same conditions. My experience has been that Consultant appointments run 1.1/2 to 2 hrs late as a norm, or not at all. Waits for blood test are long. Clinical appointments being "On Time" means 10 to 20 minutes after the appointment time. GP surgeries have confusingly random layouts, fire escape could be traumatic. Difficult enough if your fit and well. Toilets are woeful, you would not want to be disabled here. There is even a sloping floor in the tiny unventilated Audiology Clinic. The central concourse is a nice light, heated and airy space which is largely waste and redundant at the expense of functional area. Take care in the access road.

Telephoned to check up on the transfer of my Mother from Frimley Park - telephonist really helpful and then passed through to the ward (where they must always be busy) where a most cherrful and lovely lady confirmed Mother's safe arrival and the visiting hours which are wonderfully long. First class NHS Thank you so much.

A modern, well designed and welcoming building. Very poor service at times in the pharmacy and parking is under provided with no motorbike parking and so you must leave at least 20 minutes to find or wait for a space. Cafe is good. A bit of an echo prone building but well served by hospital like services
