Rang up the parts department on the Weds to ask if they had any front sprocket bolts for a CBR125 that I was working on due to their chain flying off whoops! The fella was brilliant and rang me on the Fri to say it had arrived so I happily jumped on my bike and rode over. Excellent friendly service and their gorgeous doggo was literally the best thing ever!! All dealerships should have a doggy mascot!!
Bought my first and second bikes from John years back, and am considering another pretty soon. Store’s clean and well laid out, the selection varies a fair bit usually dire in the summer and the staff were polite and engaged. Martin’s great for servicing, and John’s more or less a Honda dictionary.
Unfortunately just had a bad experience with Farnham Honda. As I work for Honda I tried using my Honda connections to get some money off a new Grom which was on order since September. The Dealer Principle called me to ask if I still wanted it to which I replied yes and would I get discount. His reply was No and his literal words were “because I don’t have to”. I can understand if they did not want to honour a Honda employee scheme but to be so rude about it really has frustrated me so I cancelled the order. Seems like I wasted my time with these guys. Just want to say the sales team were lovely to deal with, shame about their boss
Another successful visit to Farnham Honda. I went to look for a second motorcycle. The sales man was friendly and very helpful. I considered and them ultimately purchased a bike that I would not normally have gone for. dont get me wrong it is a perfect fit for what I need it for, so the sales team obviously know what they are talking about and understand the usage we need from any given motorcycle.
I just received my Fireblade from Farnham Honda, from start to finish Laura Maliphant looked after me. I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had from a dealership and a salesperson. I highly recommend this dealership and if you have want a dedicated salesperson look no further than Laura. Farnham Honda and in particular Laura, thank you.

Just bought a new bike from Farnham Honda - what a breath of fresh air Heston was. After receiving really poor service from two other Honda main dealers locally we found the bike we wanted at Farnham Honda and whilst this was a bit of a trek for us we were pleased we made the journey as this is a dealership who clearly value customers with brilliant customer service. Heston kept us informed throughout the transaction responding to our calls and emails immediately. He clearly knew his bikes and was able to answer all our queries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heston and this dealership to anyone.
I walked into Farnham Honda barely a week out of the CBT classroom, quite nervous about getting my first motorcycle. I was aided throughout the entire process by Jon, and he did nothing but make me feel completely comfortable, at ease and sure that the CB125F was the bike for me. It started with a sales pitch on the phone, followed by a seamless, efficient transaction in the showroom in which Jon detailed the ins and outs of the bike itself, advised me where to get gear and offered some new riding tips. After I had the bike delivered, Jon made a courtesy call to check everything was going okay and explained the servicing outlook for the bike - all completely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Aside from the service, the showroom itself is amazing - a massive range of bikes and gear available, easily located, comfortable and clean and very polite staff. Absolutely deserves the full five stars.
Very pleasant experience - Representative was Julian who was friendly, helpful & great at communicating. Process of buying a new bike was enjoyable, quick and easy. Made to feel like a valued customer. Nice to see the sales staff making a genuine effort, would highly recommend.
