Opening Hours Variable on Monday to Thursday 8.00 am-8.00pm; Fridays 8.00am - 4.00pm (as I cover physiotherapy for professional jockeys on racecourses, Chester, Bangor, Ludlow and some Wolverhampton dates, the clinic may be closed during these hours)

"Physiotherapy - Musculoskeletal assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Pain relief and management. Treatments can include electro therapy e.g. Ultrasound, TENS; sports massage; mobilisation; myo-fascial massage; stretches; rehabilitation programmes; exercises including core stability and strengthening. We both work with professional jockeys, doing pre and post race sports massage. Rather than just massage, we can offer comprehensive assessment to diagnose why various problems are re-occuring, and provide rehabilitation exercises to help prevent problems. Rehabilitation after injury, surgery or a musculoskeletal problem."
