Went to buy tickets today 20/1/19 from this station and I have never come across such a rude unhelpful employee. In the right hand booth!!

Farnborough Main railway station provides good access to train travellers, it takes approximately 40-45 minutes going to London Waterloo. Car users may have some movement problems during busy hours as the forecourt is not that big. There are also times that passengers wait for taxis to arrive, book your taxi in advance to avoid waiting, this is specially during week-end nights or rush hours. There is a new car park, a cash machine and a cafeteria. Give yourself an ample of time as it may get too busy during rush hours. During Farnborough International Airshow, this station is extremely busy due to the coaches and high number of visitors. Get a ticket in advance.

Excellent facilities, buses, bike parks, waiting areas, refreshments, less than an hour to London, close to shops. Stupidly expensive carpark.
