Wonderful experience with knowledgeable and friendly volunteers working there. Good for all the family with lots to see and do. Makes for a great immersive day out. Also it was so greatly appreciated to not only see dedication towards my Great Grandfather but also to have the staff prepare the book of remembrance to the right page and have it displayed for us. Was not only a special visit for our family but was entertaining for the whole family.
For a free to enter museum we had an excellent experience. Plenty of curators to tell you about some of the exhibits too. I didn't get to use the cafe but there is one. You can spend an hour or a few it's up to you as it's large but not huge. Packed with stuff and interest.
Small, but lovely museum. They have small planes. One of the helicopter and plane you can get inside. Inside the building you have a few different flight simulators to try out. There are plenty of volunteers to help out and show you around. They have a replica of the first uk plane 1908.
What a brilliant museum this is! Whilst relatively small in ground footage, what is inside is incredible, jammed full of British aviation history, memorabilia & exhibits including original aircraft, fine detailed models, aircraft components, polaris missile cut away genuine exhibit, missile technology, concepts and much more. Could spend whole day here if try to fully absorb and immerse oneself in everything! Outside there is the Lightning T.5, Harrier, Jaguar & Hunter jets, Lynx, Puma & Scout helicopters. This is must visit for anyone interested in aviation heritage and run by dedicated volunteers & aviation veterans who are happy to give a full insight into almost everythjng there. We highly recommend visiting.
Great display of aircrafts! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who are all volunteering ex-servicemen! Free entry so please come and support this great place! Donations welcome! Free parking, very reasonably priced gift shop and a coffee on the first floor! We will be back. Oh, not to mention the view of Farnborough airport behind the museum where only private jets are in sight!
Brilliant museum well worth a visit. Lots to see here. We spent 4 hours here and could easily of spent longer here. Little cafe upstairs serving hot and cold drinks also pre packed cakes and biscuits. Free entry to museum with donations if you wish. Good gift shop on site.

A verlo useful and informative place for all ages people. A good management. I love this place. thanks for the management who did it manage very nicely.
What a great museum, really interesting and the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. If you're an aviation enthusiast #avgeek this is a must visit and if you're not into aviation you probably will be after spending time here. It's free entry, all they ask is if you enjoy the museum please be kind enough to make a donation when you leave, we were very happy to do so. There are certainly some hidden gems here that you wont see anywhere else and the flight simulators are brilliant. You can fly an English Electric Lightning, Concorde and a Harrier. Visit, you wont be disappointed.
A really great museum with so many helpful volunteers we had a great experience today. My boys already asking me when they can get a flight simulator. Sure a few things aren't working. You can't complain though as its donations to enter. We will definitely be back, or I may come on my own so I can get more time on sim myself. Well done to everyone who works there
