We recently stayed here however after our plans changed it meant we needed a last minute family room. The check in team and the manager on duty on 28th Feb at 4pm were incredibly helpful. They were able to help us resolve the situation by finding a room that would accommodate us all and they went further to continue helping us with setting the beds up, making them at the last minute so we didn't have to wait. They didn't make us feel like a bother even though I'm sure it was!. They truly went out of their way and we were so grateful to them for their help. The room was SUPER, bed was super comfy and all the amenities were great. Thank you again to the team - you truly gave us a brilliant experience.
Went for a meal. Overpriced mass produced roast dinner. No additional gravy. I sat in the bar area and when the food was deposited on the table, no cutlery was given. Had to go to the bar and be pointed to th entrance to get your own. Had ordered a pudding but again poor service and had to go to the bar. Where two people were dealing with an issue to no acknowledgement. So just be warned that is experience is a poor one. Others may not be. Beer selection your normal mass produced lagers, ciders and no ales even with it being Greene King
Good size carparknWarm friendly greeting from the receptionist.nAll information givennThe room was up a flight of stairs.nA good size room, very spacious.nAs was the bathroom roomnBed not overly comfortable, a bit lumpy.nThe shower was terrible, very temperamental, took awhile to get hot water in the morning then soon went cold again.nWifi is very weak.nVery 80s decor with a lot of white mastic everywhere in the bathroom to repair.nGimmy taps and bath ...nThe location is set on the outskirts of the city.nBreakfast is not included but can be added if wanted.nA Hungry Horse restaurant is attached to the hotel.nProbably wouldn't stay again as there are lots of hotels closer and better priced.
Very good, reception on arrival was superb everything explained with a smiling face lillie was brilliant.nI had to pay for an extra person which was confusing as there was only two of us but this may have been the booking agent which i booked with although i thought i booked direct,just check when booking when the innlodge hotel comes up you are on hotelsone so move away and book direct so any bill problems can be resolved.
The staff were very friendly and helpful you couldn't fault them but the room we were put in was like a time warp the whole room needed to be ripped out and start again my photos don't lie even the mattress was a old spring antique ,we also had breakfast the hottest thing on there was the egg everything else was Luke warm it was bit of a weird set up not a great selection of foods and the coffee was also Luke warm and tasted cheap and not very nice ,update your rooms revamp the breakfast and this would be a lovely place to stay ,but I won't go back again.
