So ordered our pizza online at 7:50 pm online. Got my email confirmation, at 8:40pm I called to ask where my order was. I gave our address and email order number. Was asked if he could ring me back as he needed to call the delivery driver. 5 minutes later I get asked if I was sure I booked it there and not grays. I explained that I was reading the email and it says Basildon. He huffed and said to send the order again and he’ll get it to us soon as. 
I cancelled this order. Will not be using again. I advise no one does. Unbelievably terrible. Bad customer service, bad ordering and no ownership of fault.

Ordered 2 pizza’s at 06:42pm to be told they would be 45mins - 1hour, which wasn’t the case so I  rang about 5 times after as they kept saying it would be 5-10 minutes... didn’t get the delivery until 09:00pm for them to say their driver had a car accident and couldn’t make the delivery ( nice of them to let us know we would be waiting on our food ) - ( hope the driver is ok though )

My little sister then ordered a pizza for her and her friends at 08:15pm for them to say It would be 45mins - 1hour and Instead it was 1hour & 45mins. I then rang on behalf of my sister and they said oh it well we delivered our pizza’s to that address... I explained that it was 2 separate orders and that the person who took their order on the phone took all details ( I was on the phone to the lady at farmhouse too see about our order and heard my sister and her speaking about the same address for both pizza’s)  and she said to my sister it would be 45mins - 1hour then the man said to me oh well there’s been a miss understanding your pizza hasn’t been dispatched as it hasn’t been prepared with a women in the background speaking loudly saying “ ahhh they’ve rung like 10 times tonight “ - we’ll yes if you didn’t muck up in the first place and actually co operated with us then there would not be a problem would there. They were rude and didn’t seemed like they cared.

Absolute shite! Rang pizza company an hour after ordering, was told it would be 10 minutes. When it eventually arrived it was cold and I couldn't work out if I was eating the pizza or the box. Apparently I ordered the cheese bite base but it just tasted like dough and the tomato sauce was practically non existent. We asked for the potato wedges to be served seperate from the chicken box as we had a vegetarian eating, we were told that was ok but they were all mixed in with the chicken. After ringing them to question this we were told that's how it is. They had no intention of helping with this matter. Delivery driver turned up with no change, so this piss poor attempt at takeout food cost me more than it should have. Unbelievably dissatisfied with customer service and food quality. Will undoubtedly never ever order from here again!  I would advise everybody else to rethink ordering from here also.

Advertise any 20" pizza 9.99 but wanted no toppings on half as we have a fussy toddler and they wanted £1 for the privilege of not putting any toppings on that half, I said but I don't want toppings on that half he said but that's the rules so had to buy a 7inch individual for toddler, very bland nothing much going for it a frozen £2 job from Iceland has more flavour.
