I recently used Farleys Solicitors at Accrington for selling my house. The service was excellent and in particular Mrs Julie Fishwick was very efficient and professional. The contact I had with Julie was minimal and only had to go in when something wanted a signature, the whole process was very quick from start to finish. I would be happy to recommend Farleys to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

I picked Farleys at random as I haven't timed in the area for almost 50 years and  was very pleased with the way that they handled dealing with my late brother's estate.  The circumstances surrounding his death were unpleasant and I felt that I was treated with a mixture of sympathy and professionalism throughout.  The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that there was a long delay early in the process which was easily resolved with intervention. However, I would not hesitate in recommending them for issues of probate and letters of administration.

Absolutely diaboliical service over long period.
loads of promised call backs that never happen
loads of e mails that are not responded to
telephone call made with oh he is in meetiing wiill call you back
all of which never happen.
The annoying thing is they came recmmended.
one star is being generous.
Still on going with no responses despite yet more promises over a mnth ago SO WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED!
