Great place for a quiet weekend. We have been here 4 times so far and each time was perfect. We hire out Farleyer Lodge once a year as a group of friends for a catch up. Perfect sized rooms to fit everyone and all amenities are covered. Would recommend.
Beautiful scenic mansion to stay in. It was ideal for a huge group of us attending a wedding at castle Menzies. Well stocked kitchen, rocking horse sheep in the games room and a separate little attic for us to hide away with our daughter when chatting in the hot tub or by the open shower was too much. Some issues with hot water which were resolved. We managed to accidentally leave our wedding clothes there & the owner kindly posted them back to us. Ample ground to run around & explore.it even snowed while we were there! Beautiful peaceful place!
We had a 50th birthday celebration and also a get together of all our family split over two weekends in Farlayer Lodge. We got some catering people in and had a fantastic time. The Lodge has a great atmosphere - we loved relaxing in the lounge in front of the fire and also the Media Room was great for gathering around for some board games and also a Big Quiz on the playstation we took with us. The dining room was also lovely. All the bedrooms are different and we enjoyed picking out who would stay where. The quirky corridors and spaces give the place a really special feel. All the family still talk about the time we had there and it was so worth having a get-together.
In this lodge I've already done few catering for private clients . the kitchen is amazing , very easy to use and very comfortable . The whole property is very very nice , people here are very happy to stay . All the time I come back I'm feel like that I cook in my house . All around is kept very nicely and clean . Farleyer Lodge is a wonderful holiday rental property, with accommodation for up to 20 people. Set in beautiful grounds and with excellent internal fixtures and fittings, a wonderful setting for a large group getaway
This lodge is so nice the hot tub is wonderful at night and giant trampoline all the family can use
Excellent accommodation with spectacular kitchen and dining room. We loved it.
Excellent. Housekeeper is a star too!
