My two stars are not for the quality of this shop as it is a very nice shop with lots of very nice things for children, but for the poor customer service received, staff does not greet or make you feel welcome and occasionally with an attitude very close to rudness this is unacceptable especially in a children's charity shop
A lot smaller/emptier than other Farah kids I went to. Found great toy for my son though.
