Ordered on line tonight and was left short of portion of chicken balls. Rang to ask for them to just send up another portion it was no big deal. The girl on the phone wanted us to take photos of the food to prove they were missing, I mean who in there right mind is that hard up to say they are missing a portion of chicken balls, sure all anyone would have to do would be to move anything they are saying is missing out of a photo they are unbelievable, we eventually got the replacement order. They have just lost a very good customer can’t wait till the restaurant across the road opens from them they might learn to treat people with respect. Disgraceful behaviour.

Ordered food for family to the value of €50 for collection. When arrived home there was one meal missing , a basic chicken curry. Boiled rice ordered with the curry was received but main meal missing. Called restaurant to let them know that the curry was missing and could we go back to pick it up. Was shocked at the terrible customer service I received. Was treated like a liar and was quizzed multiple times about how many trays I received. Politely explained the chicken curry was not in bag and again asked could we go back to pick it up. Girl answering phone was polite but referred to manager who I could hear in background saying no. Told me chef said it was in bag so that was all they could do for me. Let them know that I was hardly trying to cheat them out of a curry and just wanted to get what I paid for and have dinner. The manager refused to get on phone  apparently doesn’t speak good English and was also sick! but in background told the girl on phone “it’s very busy and it’s not all about her”. Completely rude and disrespectful. I voiced my concern at the disgraceful customer service and was told I could have €5 off my next order. Then another person took over the phone and told me there’s nothing that could be done so get over it ! What a shameful experience , ruined a family meal and myself family and friends will no longer use this business. No good quality food can make up for the appalling service.

Great food but terrible manners from staff. Inappropriately speeding up and down a residential roads with deliveries while hurling abuse out the window at pregnant women and partners isn’t the best approach to a business now.

Good portion but it's gone VERY Expensive. Over €28 for Curry + Beef & Black bean fried rice and a portion of spring rolls.Food: 4/5

So I stayed in the Clayton Hotel and thought to get a Chinese which I came across this place.  I ordered a munchy box which it was so disgusting I never even ate it. I have photos of what I payed 25euro for.  STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE !!!!!!! FOOD POISON !!!!!!!!!

Order here tonight rang them a hour later to see where my order was she said it was on the way waited 2 and half hours & she told me there was no order for my address & she would send another order worst customer service ever dont order here waste of time ridiculous

Placed an order. Chips were raw on the inside when they arrived. The chicken skewers were like rubber. The spice bag was like a brick we couldn’t even chew through them. The restaurant came back took back the whole order, and only offered us a refund for a bag of chips. Didn’t send out fresh food or anything so took back all the food and kept our money. Horrible service and staff are so rude.

Have ordered Far East for as long as they have been there. Lately food has arrived freezing. Phoned this evening and spoke to one girl who kept sniggering and the phone was taken by some rude woman who told me to collect in future if I want food that doesn't need to be reheated. Not good enough. Anyone recommend a decent Chinese?
