I ordered a fancy dress outfit for Blackpool last Saturday had to collect from warehouse in Halifax didn’t have to wait that long only wore the jacket.

We got our costumes here cheaper then anywhere else and arrived on the day we were told. Very pleased with fit too, 5 sisters, 'Call the midwife' !

Found the perfect costume at a great price. Needed it for a last minute party I was invited to. I paid £10 for NEXT DAY DELIVERY BY 5PM. The parcel never came. I am travelling first thing in the morning for the party & have no costume. Will have to deal with returning it when I get home too. Was so gutted. Should have known it was too good to be true :

Lovely spa. Had a massage and body scrub. Pool, inside and outside hot tub, steam room and sauna. Afternoon tea was delicious.

Do not Purchase anything off here people. Very much so appalling. I ordered the day of the dead costume as I thought it be perfect as it was advertised on the website. I paid for it and paid 2 to 3 shipping. Turns out they didn’t have it in stock nor emailed us to let us know. They begin to say we had a refund on the same day...what shambles by the way we checked no money went in!! Sat there thinking Seriously after spending that much money on a costume. Go to eBay guys cheaper and better communication of buyer!

I have been trying to contact you all day via phone and email, no response at all and phone line says closed.  I have ordered an item last night 27.10.21 for delivery today 28.10.21 so wanted to discuss it when you opened as need it for a party tonight 28.10.21 so doubting it will arrive today by 1pm which is what I paid for,  all I wanted was to know yes or no, would it arrive in time but no response at all. I now have something being delivered I can't use which could have been avoided if you had contacted me as requested. Could someone please contact me directly as requested in the email ? Deb Jones

I paid £9.99 for next day delivery for my daughter to have her outfit for her school party and it didn't turn up until the day after the delivery date at 5pm the outfit was only £7 and I asked for a refund from just the delivery not even the outfit itself which i feel was pretty fair and they only refunded me £3.04! I had to buy my daughter a new costume as it was not here in time and was a Complete waste of my time and money ..... never buying from this place again! Horrible

Excellent Morticia costume considering the reduced price of £12.99 - really looked the part and was delivered on time. Very long dress, and slightly stretchy fabric so the fit was very good. This particular costume comes up large - get a size smaller than your usual size.
