Expert instructors who have trained with some of the best martial artists in the world. Fantastic, supportive atmosphere from instructors to students. I have trained here for a number of years and it has had a positive impact on every single area of my life.
Would highly recommend family martial art to anyone who is low in confidence. The place will build your confidence and fitness. Instructors are very helpful. And nice people all round.
