The food is delicious, the prices for both food and drinks are very good , and they also offer take out and delivery. Edit: I changed it from 5 stars to 2 stars as they are now getting very very slow with preparing the food. They took 45 minutes to prepare 1 burrito for me ! And when I asked them to check how much longer it will be they said 5 minutes and it took 15 minutes after the check. 45 minutes for 1 burrito is totally unacceptable. Atleast they should inform you that it will take long when you order.
Falmer Bar is a charming place in the campus of University of Sussex. The food is good, tasty and cheap, affordable for the students. I've been there once, but I'll definitely return with my colleagues.
Love the chicken strips with chipotle and peri peri sauce. My go to at university. It’s super filling!
Excellent food, lovely pints. Seacider is quite good. Guinness pour is sub par some are excellent but depends of staff. Pool table is sloped and cues are somewhat dismal.
I love this place, to me it is wonderful because the prices are really love and the place is beautiful. I was here eating the duk wrap and it was delicious. 1 duk wrap with French fries cost 6'10£. This place have happy hour after 17:00h
Terrible. Staff were extremely slow and lazy, seemed to have an attitude about serving people. Wait time was long and food and coffee came cold. Prices are so high for the quality they deliver and they charge extra for simple things like takeaway cups and boxes for food. Won't ever come again.
This place was amazing during my first year, would always order takeaways due to lockdown and collect whenever I was in the mood for some good food. When I went for drinks before lockdown, they were surprisingly not over-priced, neither was the food. There was a few issues with order being wrong sometimes, that is to be expected with the popularity of it, but the food more then makes up for it and the fact that they would refund it straight away. I would recommend the chicken burger, the mozzarella sticks and the fries, the best items from what I had tried, not to say the other options were not good, just these options are ones that will not disappoint even picky eaters. Really missing this food now that i'm not on campus, but you can order through Deliveroo and other services I believe, just have to pay the delivery fee. Cannot wait to go to lectures on campus just so I can pick up food after classes!

Rude staff, saying I don’t have a valid id to buy drinks when i show her my resident permit. She said i have to be a student here but the bar on google says welcome to “general public”
I visit the bar with a friend who lives in the park and it's always fun and vibrant. So glad it's reopened after lockdown! It's in a lovely sunny spot and the students welcome us oldies! The food is really yummy too!
