We reached out to Amanda at Falkirk Homes regarding selling our property after seeing other properties in the area selling quickly with Falkirk Homes. We had spoken to a few other agents, one in particular was pressurising us into putting our house on the market even though we were still unsure of things. Once Amanda had come out to meet us we felt much more at ease, extremely professional and reassuring. Their modern approach was exactly what we were looking for and any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Tareena took amazing pictures for listing our house which really showed the best qualities of our home and helped us get a lot of interest. The pictures he took were great, his enthusiasm was infectious and all for an extremely competitive price. John and Chris had our house on the market in less than 48hrs after I first called. Throughout the process they have been so helpful and no question or request was too much. It's so refreshing to be dealing with people who understand the housing market from an buyers and sellers perspective. Their advertising is fantastic and we loved how creative they were. Selling a house or moving has never been an easy thing and when I made the decision, I was then tasked with the arduous task of looking for a reliable estate agent who “does what it says on the tin”. I met many, some with their flashy Rolexes and dying to tell me how much they sell houses for what they have sold or some decent ones with so many charges the invoice would make your eyes water! This was so until I was referred to John at Falkirk Homes. What a guy! It is as if you are dealing not only with a human but with a mate. His down to earth and cool demeanour yet so professional are the things that you notice first. Even when I mentioned my property was in Glasgow outside his normal operational area he gladly took on the challenge. The man is awesome! After being quoted in excess on £4,000 by the local agents which is ludicrous I was recommended John. He quickly took the house to market using quality pictures and write up putting high end estate agents to shame and on the first day of going on the market had at least 4 confirmed viewings. Within a wee a had a solid off on my property and John had negotiated an amazing offer on my behalf. John is leaps and bounds in front of most agents and rate his service with the likes of Savilles and Knight Frank! He made this experience how it meant to be, effortless! Moving to a new house should be made harder by estate agents and John understands this and shows it from the start. My property sold in less than 2 weeks and £30,000 over home report value! We were recommended Falkirk Homes by a work colleague and decided to give it a try. From Day 1, John was so attentitive and helpful with the whole process from start to finish. Within a couple of days, he had his photographer to our property to take pictures, which were absolutely amazing and certainly helped sell the property via RightMove.... WITHIN 6 DAYS!!!
