The usual prompt and cheerful service for a puncture repair. What I like as well is that you are acknowledged as soon as you drive in and directed where to park.  Highly recommended.

Last Friday, I had the pleasure of visiting Falkham Tyres in Longfield to replace my severely worn rear tyres. From the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome and outstanding service from a young gentleman who also handled the tyre replacement. Great service, quick and efficient. Old school in the best possible way, independent local business. Very happy with my two new tyres.

I was apprehensive about getting my tyre replaced as have no idea about cars in general but I had nothing to worry about. As soon as I drove in, 2 gentlemen walked over and gave a warm welcome. They spoke with me about my tyre and gave me a few options to choose from based from their expertise how many miles I do, etc.. They were not trying to sell me the most expensive tyre and gave an honest service. It only took 15 minutes for the tyre to be changed and I am very happy with it. The waiting area even has a TV and board games for longer jobs I imagine! which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be coming back with future tyre issues. Thank you for your patience and quick service.

Used this place for the first time last week and was very impressed. Found myself with a puncture and drove in to see if they could assist. Was told they were busy but if I could wait 20 mins they would be able to help. They managed to repair the tyre which had a screw in it so the repair cost wasn’t as bad as the new tyre cost I was expecting. Really pleased with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
