WHAT A JOKE !! I ordered a delivery and the guy on the phone took my order and my address howdale and said it will be 40 minutes. So 1hour 15min passed so I gave them a call for them to say ' oh sorry we don't deliver that far!' Is that a joke, you think they would mention that on the phone when you give them the address! Will never recommend this place!
Terrible!! As a long standing customer of Falcons I'm convinced it is under new ownership. The quality is far inferior to what it previously was. I ordered a large doner with all salad and sauce, a double cheeseburger and fries to share. The burger was overdone and dry, there was far too much cheap ketchup on it. The chips were in a single thin paper bag that was so damp it fell apart and the chips were sodden with steam. The kebab - tut tut. The meat I am so used to over the years was more like slurry. The texture was absolutely awful. The pitta bread wasn't a pitta bread - it was a paper thin flatbread, and the salad was a couple of slices of onion, 1 piece of cucumber, one thin slice om tomatoe and a very bland coleslaw. I will certainly never order from Falcons kebabs again. I don't like to take to criticism about food very often but this was very woeful.
Just ordered a pizza from here, asked for half a meat feast and other half chicken.. when I got it home, it wasn't what I ordered.. the pizza was greasy, there was hard grizzle of the chicken, took it back and they were fobbing us off.. one of the guys even touched the pizza with his hand and expected us to still eat it.. it's not the same Falcons since its been changed over and this use to be my favourite take away.. Will not be going back there ever again.
Just order a treat for my kids .Got kids meal for my daughter, chicken luke warm chips freezing and no lolly or drink. Son's cheesy chips was so cold that the cheese was solid. Won't be going there again
The delivery was 20 minutes late however the food was very hot and tasted amazing order here!!!
1 hour late wot a joke never again and food not that good at all just not worth the wait
Totally cold food they said 30 to 45 minutes wait over an hour and half no apology never have food from here again and will never recommend to anyone.
Brilliant kebabs and great service However this has now shut down
