This store is incredible and brought all india here. You will almost get everything in this place. We shopped vegetables, groceries, streel items like glasses etc, pooja items, diwali fireworks and carrom board. Except parking taking sometime as more people coming to the store everything else went smooth.nnObservations and recommendations to speed up shopping experience for customers.nn1. Keep plastic bags in number of places at vegetables sectionn2. 1-2 staff at grocery section to help people which speeds up shoppingn3. multi storey parking facility expensive but worthnnWe liked it and will shop again here.nsome of these
We've previously bought nuts form Falcons. But when we got home 1 hour 15 minutes from the store, they were not opened immediately but about 2 months later. We noticed straight away that the pistachios and cashews were stale they were soft. We were disappointed at the quality as the nuts were sealed in plastic packets. When we went back today because of the distance we don't go very often we noticed that the packets of dried foods, such as nuts, dried fruit and beans and lentils had small holes in them. Which explains why our foods bought previously were stale. When we confronted the manager about the purposeful tampering of the packets, he didn't deny it but said that it is so the packets of old do not fall on the floor when customers are picking them up when shopping. We asked him how could the foods last there best before date if the packaging was tampered with? And do the manufacturers recommend that this is done, when they reach the store? And why don't they the manufacturers put holes in the packaging themselves? And if the reason is so that the products do not fall onthe floor easily, why do they not do the same thing putting holes in packaging for baked and fried foods, such as biscuits, crisps and other processed foods? He didn't have an answer and walked away.
I am writing this review as I visited 2 days ago when visiting Leicester. Some reviews are quite derogatory and very old 6-7 years old. When I went I was very impressed. I have given 4 stars only because I went once. It was a clear, clean well laid out store, with good prices and a great vegetable section. They have parking outside their pots and pans shop, and you cross the road to the wholesaler. Appeared good value especially for the fresh vegetables.
