DO NOT USE THEM! Was called a variety of swear words by the taxi driver over the phone for getting in the wrong taxi! After I hung up on him he decided to follow up with a text calling me a "rat". I had called 2 taxis and my mates got into the wrong 1. The 1 I had got into overcharged even though I had agreed a price on the phone. Terrible service, steer clear!

Report this taxi firm to the Birmingham mail guys, the liscrning authority and inform all forms of social media. This taxi company had no rights in getting drivers to pick passengers without a metre and getting drivers to overcharge and then stop half way and ask for more money. Holding someone against their will and asking them for more money its not on. Imagine if it was your loved ones how would u feel maybe then u would realise the emotional distress you cause. You disgust me falcon cars we have no respect for people and employees like u pure filth.

Senile fools at taxi office sending out taxis Drivers unhygienic and smell basic grooming lessons wont go a miss Picked me up and took me to other side of city centre and a journey which takes 20 minutes took me 45 minutes was pressurised in paying more. Shame on u and shame on ur families falcon cars ur digusting what u do.I hope one day someone u love gets scammed out of their hard earned cash.

We agreed to a price (£24) to send my mum to the airport and confirmed with the driver. I received a text saying it was charged £21 but my mum says the driver asked and took £25. They lie!!! Never again!
