Always a good day out at the Fakenham races, whenever I go. A friendly group of people attend each meeting, sharing their views on the horses running etc. Quite a few vendors who sell hot food and drinks, best cuppa is the hog roast van next to the Long Bar(only £1) there's also roasted almond stall plus hat and clothing stall not forgetting the homemade cake stall. One visitor today commented on availability of ice cream for a family member. There's a good ice cream van on the grandstand and paddock part of the course. If you want a good day out at the races or a flutter, give Fakenham Racecourse a visit. Steven

Freidly, and more then helpful staff, excellent Sunday carvery, and a good  plnt of ale. Made yet another visit to family at Dunton very enjoyable yet again and a must do if you are in the area on Sunday, we also use it weeknights/days when we stay at Fakenham Racecourse caravan site.
