From the moment we arrived, we were smiling. Murat helped us all the way to our room from the beginning with our bags. The entrance is stunning and everyone is so friendly. We got to our room and the room was beautiful, with a gorgeous bathroom and the bed is super comfy. We stayed in the skyline room. We then went down to the bar where they made us food and cocktails and we were really welcomed, nothing felt too much and we made friends with all the staff. The next day we went for a tour around the hotel, the restaurants are stunning, and the lovely staff members took us around, the man was so nice and we had sushi upstairs where they made us special vegan options. Then Hakan made us a lovely cocktail and they named it after me Ella which was so wonderful, please ask for this cocktail when you go in if you like sweet and fruity cocktails - it was lush! When I went down the next day to the same bar, someone completely different said - "Would you like your cocktail, Ella?" I was shocked and wasn't sure how they all knew about it but the staff communication is amazing and they all know you and what you like, these personalized touches make it one of our top hotels and we have stayed in gorgeous hotels and the service in this hotel is one of the best we have seen. The room service staff were so wonderful and even gave us gifts. The hotel was clean and plush and just stunning! I will be hurrying back ASAP! I would live there if I could! Thank you to all that made it so special.
This hotel is really amazing, i loved our stay here. The location is brilliant, next to the metro station and a big mall as well! Really easy to get around the city. Only entering and exiting the hotel it's a bit weird but the rooms are beautiful and the view was amazing! Would definitely book againRooms: 5/5
There's alot to say about my experience in Fairmount. Let me start with the things I didn't like since they outweigh the things I did like. 1. The butler at Fairmount told me since I'm a Gold Member my room was automatically upgraded. When in reality, it felt like it was downgraded. The room was exactly like the room I booked, the same size, same window view except it was missing a bathtub! Which was one of the things I was looking forward to. I feel like my Accor Membership barely adds any value at this point 2. The bathroom had one hanger, one hanger for two adults. Are we supposed to just throw our cloth all over the floor? It was a nuisance dealing with this 3. The internet was not stable, sometimes it was fast, other times very slow. This is a big red flag since a stable fast internet connection is critical for me 4. As an Accor Gold Member, I get a Welcome amenity. I didn't get any in Fairmont, the room was the bare minimum and there was no welcome food or drink in the room. Now let's talk about what I liked: 1. Great concierge service: Their concierge really helped me out when I lost my credit card at a restaurant 2. The location of Fairmount is close to most popular landmarks I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking to book Fairmount, if you are okay with the things I didn't like then you should be fine.
Perfect holiday for our family. Food was amazing. Especially breakfast service was perfect. Chef Mehmetcan and Esma were so helpful and hospitable. So chic, clean and stylish hotel. Thank you so much.Rooms: 5/5
Visited this hotel a couple times and Sinan, who was at the front was super helpful and very kind in speaking to us! He gave us lots of interesting and useful information about Istanbul. We loved this hotel- so beautiful and classy. Would highly recommend and also suggest getting Sinan to give you some good tips on the city!
The hotel is good, however, the customer service is very bad. We have encountered racism in the hotel as arabs. The security at the entrance only checks us while all other nationalities pass by without being checked. The baggage porter didn't even offer help to my sisters and mother , although they were carrying over 10 bags , we even asked him to offer us a trolley to transfer our stuff upstairs and he refused. Very disappointed with the overall customer service , first and last time for sure. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Rooms are fabulous. Service and atmosphere is incredible. Ayu and Silem from the spa are exceptional professionals. The location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but it’s worth it. I would certainly come back!Rooms: 5/5
The hotel is good, regardless, the customer service is unacceptable. I've traveled to so many places and I haven't encountered this much racism in a hotel. They would never even consider helping you if you're an arab. Nonetheless very poor customer service, unprofessional and abrupt.
This hotel was modern and clean. The breakfast options were limited, however the staff were excellent and made the stay memorable. Emrah Emre Kocaglij from breakfast service was outstanding, he made sure me and my family were taken care of every single morning for brekfast. He is very friendly, kind and helpful amazing at his job! Thankyou Emre for making our breakfast service enjoyable! Also thanks to the very friendly Chef Mehmet Karatos and Basak from breakfast service and room service team member Muharrem Bektas.
It’s a great hotel if you are staying long term. The service is amazing , I’d like to thank Ugur,Ozen & Ali at the concierge for always making sure all is scheduled accordingly. Thank you so much for your kind welcoming and all your efforts. Seven & Feyruz at the Gold lounge , a pleasure meeting you and thank you as well for your humble welcoming and always always taking care of us. The breakfast at the hotel is great, so many varieties and service is great. The housekeeping ladies , thank you for everything. Lastly, I’d like to Thank Yavuz, for the amazing massage, so professional and knows what he’s doing. Finally, those looking to book at the fairmont, make sure to book the gold room to get access to the gold lounge . Thank you all and Happy New Year
