I went to Fairlop Pharmacy for the first time as it was late and this one was opened. The gentleman on the front desk was ever so helpful and kind thanks for helping me sort my apple-pay. The lady I think is the pharmacist was also very sweet and helpful. The customer service was amazing and I didn’t have to wait for long at all. There were other customers in the shop before me who were also served with care. I will be returning should I need to collect a prescription again! Keep up the great five star service
Have known of this place for a longtime. Went in this morning and despite the shop being full, I was served ever so politely by a young lady I believe was the training pharmacist. She even took the time out of her day to offer me a free blood pressure check which I understand the pharmacy offers throughout their long opening hours. Many thanks to the trainee for her excellent service and this place for being open!!
If there was less than 1 star I WOULD DEFINITELY BE GIVING. This place is horrible. The staff are very rude, bold man with glasses, normally at the front is always grumpy and very unwelcoming to people coming in I’ve seen him disrespect many customers including me he gave a sort of “what do you want” attitude which is silly because this is your job. Furthermore, young girl-hijab wearing was very rude I needed urgent prescriptions sent through my gp 4 days prior so I don’t see what the delay was I explained to her I had already been waiting for over half an hour!! She gave attitude and dismissed it by saying pharmacy have to check it which is still unacceptable because we all had to wait since the pharmacist was on break. I advise them to find more than one person that can approve these things so that they can swap when ones on break. Very frustrating and I ended up being there for almost an hour and still didn’t get my prescription same day instead I got a ticket at these busy times and had to leave.
Some of the staff are rude customer service. Specially the woman who was checkout yesterday around 6:45pm very rude. The men at the back who packed medication are very nice. That’s why I decided to give 3 stars.
With the exception of one or two, staff are rude and very unfriendly. I always order my repeat medication online and get told it's ready to collect, but then when I go to collect it, end up waiting 20 - 30 minutes for it to be dispensed. I only moved to this pharmacy as Lloyds within Sainsburys closed down - Lloyds used to dispense prescriptions as soon as they received it, so that when I went to pick up, it was packaged and ready to handover straight away, regardless of whether there was a Pharmacist present or not - why can Fairlop not do the same to avoid people having to wait a ridiculous amount of time? I have now moved Pharmacy as the service I consistently received was completely unacceptable.
