Great rates and smooth app to use in my trip to Spain, give me better exchange value than TransferWise. It would be cool to have faster feedback on my transaction but otherwise very easy to use

I've had a FairFX card for years and I've just got a new one. The card is really useful and customer services are helpful if you have a question.

I set up an account and ordered holiday dollars easy. WRONG. Hours later had a text saying Fairfx would not release funds until I called them on a premium phone number. Took 20 mins re wait plus security questions that were completely pointless in terms of fraud prevention. Do not use. Not worth hassle.

These guys can’t get the cards sent to you correctly. I have ordered it twice, but no sign of the card. Customer service is trained to apologise without empathy. I have been let down. I have to now go frantically search for USD, while have still credit left in my fairfx account. Waste of time and money.

Great rate on a dollar card saved when it swung in my favour and fast delivery of the card itself. Had no issues with the card or topping and would reccomend to others.
