I honestly can’t praise FMC enough! I’ve been a patient for 15 years. You can always get an appointment, in person or phone call and quickly. Test results come back quickly and referrals are made quickly. In my experience they rarely run late. The receptionists are friendly, helpful and polite. The drs are fab as are the other med staff nurses etc, that I’ve come across. Even during Covid you could still see a dr. When I speak to friends who have to fill in a form online to even get an appointment and then it will not be face to face, I feel very lucky we have sick a great surgery. I’m lucky that we don’t need to go often but when we do it’s easy.
Worst surgery's ever!! I keep calling to get an appointment but never any available, been trying for months, if you are not well, tough no appointment available, no matter what is your problem. What happened to the prevention? You may have a cancer as you feel unwell and you must be checked to prevent from being too late? Rubbish system!nI am moving to another one as this has been the worst ever!
I have serious health issues. All the staff at this surgery, professional, empathetic and polite goes a long way. Sorted all my specialist's appointments and medications quickly. Very pleased
Recently moved to the area and can say the staff have been very helpful with booking me in and to also having my first appointment last week. Was actually very quick and efficient!nOnly negative I would say is one of the reception staff can be quite rude with how she came across, other than that overall a good experience.
I have been with this surgery since I was born. I absolutely love it. The practitioners are fab and always remember me.nnThe reception team are great - I work full time and if I need two appointments with a nurse and a doctor, they make sure to get me appointments one after the other to save me coming in twice.nnCan’t fault it.
