Fairfield House is a Georgian house formerly owned by Emperor Haile Selassie I in Bath. It was left to the Council for use by the elders of Bath. We visited the house to see the I Am Melanin exhibition that is currently showing in an upper room in the house. It was lovely to meet the Manager and some of the elderly that were making a quilt to celebrate 25 years of being in Fairfield House. There is currently a collection to raise funds for the maintenance of Fairfield House, look out for it and give generously.
