Graham and Joe helped me let a wonderful renovated barn in Charlbury. They represented the landlords and were very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process, from my first offer to signing the contract.

In a word - awful.  Very condescending attitude and really not very willing to help make a sale, more of a take it or leave it attitude.  This is the sort of Estate Agent that does the industry's reputation no good,.  I feel for anyone who wants to buy a property through Fairfax and if you're selling a property, well, even worse.  Customer service fairly non-existent.

Good experience as a tenant with Fairfax, staff friendly and helpful.

I must agree with the the other review on allagent.co.uk the service from this branch, graham in particular has been disgusting, the guy is a complete conman and blagger. whatever he tells you do not believe him and when confronted he smirks and laughs in your face whilst denying any responsibility for his lack of intelligence, he just wants your money and then tells you to see the landlord, not sure the landlord will be happy paying this guy commission when he will ultimately lose him the tennant! I must add the guy in sales i dealt with was compassionate and listened and i believe would have tried to help had it been his issue, asset to the company he looked like this isn't the first time he's had to listen to grahams poor management of a case but his hands were tied as graham is above him/in lettings not sales. Disgusted, disgruntled and upset would sum my feelings up all while he smirked and laughed.  Status: contacting ombudsman to complain about individual not business - and seeking out individuals employer whom I hope will investigate the matter  Side note: it is not ok to fool people, bad form.  Comment on agent fees: No point paying fees to a conman, who as soon as he has the fees washing his hands of helping you.

Fantastic lettings agents. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would always recommend.
