I had been having trouble with an anti-snap lock not opening so called Black County Locksmith. Chris turned up on the agreed date and time, 10 minutes later I had a working lock again. Very professional and tidy workmanship at a fantastic price. Would definitely recommend

we messaged Chris this evening and he came out really quickly. we managed to resolve the issue before he arrived, but he still checked it all over before he left. Chris was really informative of what the problem could of been, and told us if we need him again to contact him. Needed my locks replaced, gave a very fair quote, and came within 20 minutes of messaging. Didn’t have the lock I needed in stock, to his credit he still replaced my locks with a temporary lock with the correct size fitting as well, said he would be back 2 days later, once he had new stock. Came back first thing in the morning, just like he said he would no chasing required, replaced my temporary lock with the one I needed. Fantastic service, top bloke! Thanks again, really appreciate the help on short notice too.

Fantastic service and did a great job. Chris was happy to work around my schedule and was a fantastic guy. He was happy to explain what he was doing while he was carrying out the work and was happy to stick to his original quotation even though the job was a little more awkward than expected. He gave me multiple options and was honest with saying that there are more expensive options but the cheaper options were just as good. He also gave me some great tips regarding making my house safer and recommended someone to go to regarding some extra locks for my vehicle. All in all a fantastic service and I will certainly be recommending Chris to anyone else who needs locks replacing. Thanks Chris!
