Sophie, George, and Cheris were absolutely lovely and hospitable for our large work group out! They were attentive, friendly, and always professional. We were made to feel welcome and their service made our night out truly special. They all are truly an asset to the Fair Maid team! Thank you!
The manager who greeted us was in a mood i believe it was very busy and he obviously could not cope. He was not friendly and had to be reminded about my friends familys drinks order 15 minutes after ordering. A young guy served me and my family and took our food and drink order. The drinks was there within minutes...thankyou!. Please be aware that customer service is a must working in hospitality....
Very disappointed. Came in tonight for a family meal, order came wrong which happens sometimes which I understand. Told the waitress, who was rude and poor attitude towards us. Definitely won't be returning again. Remember customer is always right!

Great service and lovely meal. Pub clean and tidy and staff friendly and tentative.
Myself and my family have just been served drinks before our meal by the most miserable, rood person working at this establishment, our drinks were brought to the table without a word from him , he waited until we removed our drinks from the tray and left , one of our drinks required topping and the foul language he used when he was asked to do so was disgusting and disrespectful , the guy in question is called Chris and I believe he is in the position of management, the younger staff couldn’t do enough to apologise for his behaviour, will will no longer be coming here again, I recommend he should not be in the position he is in and one of the younger more polite staff should show him how to behave whilst serving the public, very disappointed in our visit, people be warned if you are to go here with your family please avoid CHRIS or the place entirely.
Comfortable pub with lots of screens for sports fans, with a good selection of hand pulled beers. Reasonably priced food and very cheerful staff. Excellent beer garden and outside seating. Great value for money.
Always a good atmosphere when I pop here good choice of drinks and even when it's busy food arrives at reasonable pace and price even when not much staff are on mid week they still make the effort. Also vegan and vegetarian options available. Dog friendly outside, large outdoor area
Nice pub, seemed busy but friendly. Food was nice and tasty and drinks were brought to our table quickly.
Fabulous pub, excellent food and staff, we are now regulars. Love the cider tasting boards.
