The staff gave excellent service. Lovely friendly women. When we booked a table online, there wasn't one set up, so they got one ready very quickly. Very nice food at a good price. Not a good time to go on a Saturday at 8 pm, as it was like a nightclub. Too LOUD and loads of people bustling around our table! Sat beside the toilets and door to the bar.
Came for lunch with a close friend and the food was fantastic! This was the first time visiting for both of us. The atmosphere there was lovely, toilets were clean which is a big thing for me and the restaurant was a very relaxing experience for us as we ended up staying there for over 5 hours. We had lunch, drinks, a dessert and coffee. Would definitely recommend this place
Popped in for lunch lovely welcome friendly staff. We had fish and chips and peas with homemade batter very nice size portions too. Theres a big screen nice customers
Lovely meal today at the Tavern. The Caribbean Chicken and the Garlic Prawns on the Sizzler are the best. Such great food and the prices on the Menu are so affordable in all of these doom and gloom world experiences we are all suffering it's so nice to lift your spirits and spend a few hours in Marston Green Tavern
Anyone that hasn't been to the Tavern in recent years should really pay a visit. Firstly, following a significant investment it looks more appealing, but more importantly, since Sarah has taken over the atmosphere is so much better. Regular entertainment, has seen me out way past my usual bedtime, and the food is great. Finally a word for all of the fabulous bar staff, who make sure we are well looked after.

Tavern well what can I say, the staff here are amazing very friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble for them, the food is on point and very generous with what they serve, always a good atmosphere and definitely the place to go wether it’s for a chilled night or family night definitely recommend this place
First time ive been there can highly recommend, the food was lovely and the staff were friendly, will be going there again, cannot fault it.
Pub looks lovely after refurb food is amazing and always a great atmosphere in there all staff are very welcoming
The food killed my mom. The barstaff freely let people snif coke ... when I'm trying to come off it. They let shoplifters freely come in to sell their stuff...this pub has gone down
